I have always dreamed of being an author since my early days back in Nova Scotia. I knew from quite a young age that writing was the one thing that always made me happiest. In grade school they taught us handwriting shortly after we mastered printing and then forced us to exclusively use handwriting for a few grades. Once the teachers no longer forced handwriting on us, I switched back to printing as printing looked more like the words in books.
I was always good at inventing stories in my head and sometimes I would simply go for long walks by myself just to experience the rich settings and characters that lived in my imagination. There was always adventure, danger, and suspense brewing there. Once I got older, there was romance and more complex relationships coming into my finely woven plots. These stories had a life of their own and cried to get out for everyone to enjoy.
The Daughter of Man is my first real novel and it is in itself an epic story that I think you will all enjoy. It is a very plot driven story that will take you on a fantastic ride. The next novel will also take you through a great adventure though it will be more character driven. I am not going to dwell too much on it for now as more information will leak out once the current book is on the market.
